Tesla integrated app that allows the driver & passenger to order nearby food on the go with a few taps.

How’s it work

QuickBites lets drivers discover, order, and pick up meals without ever leaving the wheel. Integrated directly into Tesla’s system, users can browse restaurants, customize orders, and navigate to pickup all through their car’s interface. Its like DoorDash for your car!

The Process

I began by interviewing Tesla drivers to uncover their pain points when ordering food while driving, focusing on issues of safety, convenience, and usability. From these insights, I created detailed user flow charts to map out the ideal in-car ordering experience and identify opportunities to simplify the process.

Flow Map - I created a clear flow chart that mapped the full QuickBites ordering journey, helping me streamline the process and design a smoother, safer experience for Tesla drivers.

After finalizing designs, I created high-fidelity wireframes that explored the visual identity and interaction details of QuickBites. This helped me refine colors, spacing, and UI components to create a clean, intuitive ordering experience for drivers.
