How’s it work
QuickBites lets drivers discover, order, and pick up meals without ever leaving the wheel. Integrated directly into Tesla’s system, users can browse restaurants, customize orders, and navigate to pickup all through their car’s interface.
The Process
I began by interviewing Tesla drivers to uncover their pain points when ordering food while driving, focusing on issues of safety, convenience, and usability. From these insights, I created detailed user flow charts to map out the ideal in-car ordering experience and identify opportunities to simplify the process.
